Lauth Communities, initially founded in 2013 as a subsidiary of Lauth Group, Inc., a renowned leader in commercial real estate development, construction, and ownership since 1977, has now evolved into an independent affiliate. While maintaining its roots within Lauth Group, this transition empowers Lauth Communities to pursue its distinct vision and goals within the real estate sector. Lauth Communities was established to focus on the acquisition and management of high quality, conventional apartment communities in select Midwestern markets. Using our experience as owners, we’ve built a company that knows how to adapt to changing market conditions and embraces new property management technologies and strategies.
